Hello,
switching on master switch surfconext (SAML) module results in PHP Fatal error:
PHP Fatal error: Undefined class constant 'self::MEDIAMOSA_EXCEPTION_SEVERITY_NORMAL' in /var/www/sites/all/modules/custom/surfconext/surfconext.exception.class.inc on line 31
Leaving the SB site unreachable
Could someone provide a hint/fix

Also you need to rename the file back to surfconext.exception.class.inc as the forum attachment has changed it.
