Add full text ffmpeg options

Hi,
would it be possible to have an 'Advanced' option when adding a new transcoding profile that allows for entering the complete ffmpeg command to run for that particular profile?

The current recommended MediaMosa version is 3.2.1. Release notes are available in MediaMosa Trac.
