Description
Documentation about creating users is not clear: in chapter 13.5 of the webservices ref. guide there is written that the user quota is stored in bytes. The truth is that MediaMosa will store user quota in Megabytes.
It also says that group_id is a mandatory parameter, but it will run nicely without.
Section 13.9 lacks explanation about user quota and this section
reads a misleading group_id parameter section.
