streaming server selection based on a combination of container/codec

Description

We have at our setup 2 streaming servers capable of streaming .mp4 content: a qt server for regular mpeg's and a wowza server for h.264 material. The old setup looked at the container type which is the same for both.

In the admininterface, at the server definition we accept now "container type:video codec" to make sure that mp4:h264 are served by the wowza streaming servers and the rest by the quicktime server.
