Description
Based on the container type of a video it is determined which streaming server will deliver the stream. This mechanism is limited in the way that you can not have a situation where you could have HD next to non-HD streaming servers or QuickTime? next to Wowza for instance.
Next to container-type definition there should be additional qualifiers to determine streaming server definition. Codec is one suggestion, but also a human definable option would be nice.

We zouden graag een mogelijk hebben waarbij op basis van een extra parameter (bijv. kwaliteit of lokatie) aangegeven kan worden welke server een verzoek moet gaan afhandelen.
Nu wordt adhv het container type gekeken welke streaming server de video zal streamen en zodoende kan ik nooit een onderscheid maken tussen bijv. een gewone WMV server en een WMV server die ingezet wordt voor HD kwaliteit video's.
Dit is een feature verzoek.
