instant analyse after upload

After succesfull upload VP-Core starts an analyse job te determine how the file can be played, as well as to determine the technical metadata such as length /mimetype. Inmediatly after upload (and before the analyse) there is a unclear situation of a mediafile that is not playable.

We want as the last step of a upload an immediate analyse. This can be executed on the app/upload server since the analyse takes very little time/resources.

Opgeleverd in versie 1.7.0(.1).

(MC-arjen) instant analyse after upload. After a file is uploaded a job
was started to examine the file and determine the videocontainer
type. This took some time, and in the mean time the file was not
playable. Now the analyse takes place immediatly after upload on the
app-server.

It looks like there's hardly any logging information about this step in the management portal /vpx/log

Only thing that I can find over there is 

Analyse string: /opt/www/upload/htdocs/lua/vpx-analyse /mnt/naspcd1/vpx-acc/data BMGxP5cRBTIYVcegcY1649Bp --always_hint_mp4 --always_insert_metadata

But no results, starting / stopping etc.

[Core] #160: The instant analyse after upload did not generate an
admin log entry with information. Now it does.
