Description

Creating an admin interface for the OAI application. This ticket originates from a discussion between Stichting Kennisnet, Surfnet & Madcap.

The idea is to create an interface to controle the settings of OAI. There is a distiction between OAI settings like oai-caching adn baseUrl and data related settings for OAI. The last will be available in the interface.
