Description
When supplying is_app_admin = TRUE, the asset/$asset_id/joblist allows you to retrieve all jobs for that asset, even if the asset is from another app.
When supplying is_app_admin = TRUE, the /user/$user_id/joblist returns all jobs, no matter app or user provided.
