Adding 'app' or 'interface' type server.

Description

We now have several server types (download, still, upload, processor etc). But we are missing the REST interfaces for App. Because these are not defined servers, these are also not tested by status or unit-tests.

Suggest to add new type to server listing so these are automatically tested as well.
