[extending media mediamosa module] Settings form for transcoding per field / per content type

The admin has decided which profiles are available. Per content type / field the admin can decide which transcoding profiles should be used. This way a video upload on the content type 'video' can have 3 transcodes while the content type 'news' only has one transcode.

With permissions the fieldset can be enabled for the end user. But it will have the entire list of available transcode profiles to his disposal. I would prefer to have a pre-selected list that has been aproved by the admin. The same is true on content type form.

I have implemented a new multi select form for the allowed transcode profiles.
All the other forms (admin, content type, node) uses only the allowed profiles now.
