enable/disable trancoding profile

Currently, in the management app, it's possible to enable/disable server definitions. This makes it easy to switch between server definitions without downtime. This is however not possible for transcoding profiles. A transcoding profile can only be added or deleted.

We would like to see that transcoding profiles can be enabled and disabled too.

Beware that it is possible for End User Applications to create profiles on the fly (see http://mediamosa.org/node/218241 for documentation), and to queue transcoding jobs using own parameters instead of using a predefined profile_id.

I'm not sure disabling a profile is the right way to achieve your goal

After some discussion, we think that a 'profile-copy' function would be the right way to achieve our goal: creating new profiles based upon an existing profile + archiving a profile.
