Description

Current situation: When editing an existing video node with asset + mediafiles I see the transcode options.

Problem: Transcode options don't work because retranscode is only supported by MediaMosa 2.3 and higher.

Desired situation: Only show transcode options when an upload is allowed/possible. See also ticket #448. The transcode options in the interface should be placed in the fieldset of the upload. For example: now the ACL-rules fieldset is in between.

@Peter: This is not ready.
I suggest the following behavior: Transcode is available for old mediafiles too. Then the application delete the existing transcoded file and create a new one.

I have implemented my recommendation.
You will see a new checkbox in the Transcode fieldset:
"Check this, if you want to transcode old mediafile (not the new one)."
