Description

The admin must be able to select which transcodes are selectable for the user to use. By default, all transcode profiles are disabled.

When no transcode profiles are enabled (and there are transcode profiles) then use requirement hook to display errors on the status page with link to configuration to allow the profiles to be set.

Store the information based on the mediamosa connection, so unique per connection. So when user switches connection, other profiles might be avaiable, so having a different enable/disable setting.

The admin settings for transcode created.
By default, all transcode profiles are enabled (original D6 behaviour). There weren't requirement hook development.
Information is stored by connection.
All code is in the mediamosa_ck_transcode module.
