FTP upload does not work

Description

Don't know if this is a MediaMosa issue or a configuration issue on the VP-Core platform, but uploaded files to VP-Core acceptance are not parsed.

Have uploaded three files on account 'SURFNET.michiel005', but they remain on the storage, no mail is sent.

I'm pretty sure, that it is a server settings - watcher - xml_parser issue.
I have checked SURFNET.michiel005 directory, and I saw there the vuf file untouched. This vuf file has never been parsed, and has never been sent to MediaMosa.
