Description

There is an advantage using Hook REST functions in the code layer rather then using them in the DB layer

Mediamosa 2 uses hooked REST calls for all (existing) REST calls. This enables developers to add new REST calls to the core code, also the madrest table is no longer needed and has been removed in MM2.
